These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, make a table reservation, book a room, attend an event, or visit The Knight of Notting Hill. By using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
About Us
The Knight of Notting Hill operates as a pub, restaurant, and hotel at 139 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 6HJ. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Knight of Notting Hill. "You" refers to any guest, customer, or website user.
Table Reservations
- Table bookings made online, by phone, or in person are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Please arrive on time for your reservation. We may release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late, particularly during busy service periods.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary, including for operational, safety, or capacity reasons.
- Large group bookings may be subject to a minimum spend, deposit, or set menu requirement. We will inform you in advance where this applies.
- Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party while on the premises.
Room Bookings
- Room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
- Check-in and check-out times apply as stated on our website or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Guests must provide valid identification where required and are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or hotel property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or designated non-smoking areas of the venue.
- We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or request a guest to leave where conduct is unacceptable or breaches these terms.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- If you need to cancel or amend a table reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
- For room bookings, cancellation terms may vary depending on the rate, date, and booking channel. Any specific cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will apply.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in charges where a deposit or pre-payment has been taken, or where reasonable costs have been incurred on your behalf.
- We reserve the right to apply charges for lost revenue, preparation costs, or third-party booking fees where applicable.
Conduct & Venue Rules
We want all guests to enjoy a safe, welcoming atmosphere. By visiting our pub, you agree to:
- Behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and neighbours.
- Comply with any reasonable requests made by our team for safety or licensing reasons.
- Not engage in disorderly, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour on the premises.
- Leave the venue when asked to do so at closing time or if requested by management.
We reserve the right to refuse service, refuse entry, or remove any person from the premises where behaviour is inappropriate, intoxicated service would breach licensing law, or the safety of others may be affected.
Age Restrictions & Alcohol
- Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 or over in accordance with UK licensing law.
- Valid proof of age may be requested at any time.
- We support responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse further service of alcohol where appropriate.
Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take dietary requirements seriously and will do our best to accommodate allergies or special requests where possible. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when booking and again on arrival.
While we take reasonable care in preparing and serving food and drinks, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens due to the nature of a busy kitchen and bar environment. Guests with severe allergies should speak directly with a member of staff before ordering.
Events & Entertainment
- Event schedules, live music, DJs, sports screenings, and promotions may change without notice.
- Entry to ticketed or private events may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of purchase or admission.
- We are not responsible for changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including artist cancellations, technical issues, or licensing restrictions.
Payments & Pricing
- Prices for food, drinks, rooms, and events are as displayed at the time of ordering or booking, unless an error is identified before confirmation.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to amend menus, offers, and availability without notice.
- A service charge may be added to certain bookings or bills where stated. Any discretionary tip remains entirely at your choice.
- All payments must be made using accepted methods at the venue or through our approved booking channels.

- You may use our website for lawful personal purposes only.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or availability of the website.
- Information on our website is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.
